How do I care for my bespoken products?
All
the products come with care instructions attached.
All items are machine washable excluding the bunting,
which can be spot cleaned with a moistened cloth.
How do I order customised product?
Simply click on the products and follow the prompts. Your order and any follow up details will be confirmed by email.
bespoken offers customisation to blend with your own colour scheme. Minimum order $200 Retail value.
How long does it take to receive an order?
Bunting is despatched within 10 days. All other orders will be despatched as soon as possible, if it is a standard in stock item, within 5 days. However, as items are handcrafted and customised, please allow approximately 3 weeks for delivery. We will confirm despatch times per order upon request.
How do I order wholesale?
Retailers
can email bridget@bespoken for a wholesale price list.
If you are unhappy with your bespoken product.
bespoken will replace/refund within 30 days.
Customised products will be replaced only if faulty - no refund available on customised products.
How much is Freight?
bespoken uses Express post within Australia for website orders. Included in retail price is a standard 12% freight charge for Australian orders.
An extra charge applies to overseas orders and orders over 5kg, this is charged on an order by order basis.
What are the Payment Options?
Payment is easy and secure via bespoken's online shop using Paypal. bespoken has no access to your financial details through Paypal.
bespoken also accepts AUDcheques, AUDmoney orders, direct deposit and can process your credit card payment via a phonecall (no record kept).
